You own the code and the data

Max Montes, founder & software engineer
Max grew up in Midland, went to Greenwood High and graduated cum laude in Computer Science from Texas Tech University. He has shipped 5+ apps to production, including three live on the App Store with 10,000+ downloads combined.
How Kingsmen started
Max founded Kingsmen in Midland in 2024 to build and ship his own software products, starting with the Staffly workforce scheduling app. He opened Kingsmen to local businesses after seeing how many companies across the Basin still ran on paper tickets, spreadsheets and phone calls.
